Nodaway Valley Bank is one of seven banks in Missouri listed as Best-in-State Employers in 2024 by Forbes and Statista, based on an independent survey. Vice President Leslie Wilmes, who directs Human Resources, believes the bank’s recognition is the result of its community banking philosophy:
