How it works
The new customer referral must be submitted prior to the account opening and cannot have other accounts with us.
Your referred friend has 3 months to open their new account. Once they have opened their new account, you will receive your Send-A-Friend Referral of $50. This will be credited to your NVB checking account by the 15th of the following month.
Your referred friend must have a direct deposit or recurring ACH transaction post within the first 90 days of account opening to qualify for their $50 Send-A-Friend Reward. This reward will be credited to their new account on the 91st day following account opening.
New customer must be 18 years or older to receive the referral bonus.
NVB does not disclose any information on the new account to the referring friend.
All referral and reward payments will be reported to the IRS and you will receive a 1099-INT at year end.
